The prices were better than I thought they’d be!!! It’s nothing super fancy, but for what you get, it felt totally worth it. No weird surprise fees or extra costs either, which I really appreciated!!!

I had a frustrating experience with NY Direct, I placed my order and then basically heard nothing after that.

I kept having to check on it myself and send emails just to get any kind of update, the replies took a while and didn’t really tell me much when they did come through. It felt like nobody was actually keeping track of my order.
I don’t mind waiting for something if I know what’s going on, but there was barely any communication. I wouldn’t order from them again.

From what I remember, the payment page just felt a little sketchy when I got to the card checkout. I couldn’t really shake the feeling, so I backed off. Based on that experience, I don’t think I’d use it again

My box showed up crushed and one item was damaged, but they sent out a replacement fairly quickly. Based on this one experience, it seems like if something goes wrong, they’ll make it right without too much hassle.

I ordered this from nydirect.com and the item was fine thankfully but the box looked really beat up when it got here. One side was crushed and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on. I’m not sure if it was packed that way or got messed up during shipping but it definitely didn’t feel great opening it. They really need to do a better job packing stuff

I ordered a jacket from nydirect.com for the price, the quality was better than I expected. The material feels decent and the stitching is mostly fine. That said, there were a few loose threads, and I kept noticing loose threads here and there, which was a bit annoying. It’s not a perfect jacket, mostly because of those loose threads, but overall I’m still happy with it
